James Anthony Wharton (born 8 July 2006) is an Australian racing driver who is contracted to compete in the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship for PREMA Racing. Wharton was the runner-up for the 2024 Formula Regional European Championship, driving for Prema Racing. He was a race winner in Italian F4, finishing fourth in 2023. He was a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy between 2021 and 2023.
