Lisa Spangler Verzosa (born October 17, 1995) is a mixed martial artist (MMA) from the United States, competing in the bantamweight division. She last competed for Invicta Fighting Championships (Invicta). Spangler started playing football and competing in wrestling and karate when she was young, and transitioned to mixed martial arts at the age of 14 after joining Gladiator MMA gym in Vancouver.
