Collin Morikawa (born February 6, 1997) is an American professional golfer from La Cañada Flintridge, California. Morikawa has won the Sunnehanna Amateur, Trans-Mississippi Amateur, and the Western Junior. Morikawa graduated from La Cañada High School. In 2015, he began playing collegiate golf at University of California, Berkeley. In May 2018, Morikawa spent 3 weeks as the top-ranked golfer in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Morikawa made his debut as a professional at the 2019 RBC Canadian Open, where he tied for 14th place. Morikawa won his first PGA Tour event at the 2019 Barracuda Championship.
