Will Maher (born 4 November 1995) is an English rugby league footballer who plays as a prop forward for Halifax Panthers in the Betfred Championship. Towering prop Maher became the first player to graduate from the RFL Regional Academy programme and sign a professional contract. He joined the Tigers initially on a 12-month loan from the Cumbrian Academy in September 2013 but he quickly impressed and earned a professional deal by December of the same year. Maher made his debut for the Tigers away at Warrington Wolves in 2014.
