LFA 240 features an international lightweight headliner between Tennessee's Dedrek Sanders and Cuban striker Luis "Iron Tiger" Gomez. The primary hurdle for Sanders involves navigating the explosive counter-striking power and aggressive pressure of his opponent without overextending. His objective centers on using his pace and grappling to break Gomez's rhythm and secure a victory in front of his home crowd. Concurrently, Gomez's mission relies on utilizing precise strikes, cutting off the canvas, and capitalizing on turnover opportunities to silence the local fans.
