The Professional Fighters League returns to Tampa, Florida, for an emotional evening at the Benchmark International Arena headlined by MMA icon Cris Cyborg stepping into the cage for the final fight of her legendary career against PFL newcomer and former UFC contender Ketlen Vieira. The primary hurdle for Cris Cyborg is managing the immense emotions surrounding her retirement fight while maintaining her signature aggressive pressure against a physically larger opponent. The objective for Cyborg centers on asserting forward movement early, using heavy striking combinations to dictate the pace, and capping off a historic career with a statement victory. Concurrently, the mission for Ketlen Vieira—who missed weight by 7.2 pounds, rendering the bout a non-title catchweight contest—involves leveraging her size advantage, utilizing her strong judo and grappling base to neutralize Cyborg's power, and spoiling the legend's farewell moment in her promotional debut.
