Joshua Duerksen won the 2026 Formula 2 Sprint Race at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Starting from seventh on the grid, the Invicta Racing driver carved his way through the pack to claim his seventh career F2 win and his third sprint victory of the season. The race was disrupted by two Safety Car periods. The first occurred early on after contact between championship contender Rafael Câmara and Roman Bilinski. The second was deployed late in the race on Lap 17 when Bilinski spun at the Ascari exit. Duerksen perfectly controlled the final restart to secure the victory.
