Nikola Tsolov won the 2026 Formula 2 British Sprint Race at Silverstone Circuit after a thrilling, last-lap overtake on his main championship rival, Gabriele Minì. The victory pulled the Red Bull-backed Campos Racing driver level with Minì at the top of the Drivers' Championship standings. Following a multi-lap duel, Tsolov executed a decisive pass on the very final lap to secure his fifth victory of the season.
