The 2026 Moto3 Hungarian Grand Prix was won by Spanish rider Máximo Quiles on 7 June 2026 at the Balaton Park Circuit. The race was marked by intense competition and a dramatic, premature end. Championship leader Máximo Quiles (CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team) delivered a dominant performance to claim his fifth victory of the 2026 season. He took the lead on Lap 7 and built a lead of over three seconds. The race came to a sudden halt on the final lap due to a massive multi-rider accident fighting for third place. Alvaro Carpe and David Muñoz made contact, crashing out and inadvertently taking down Valentin Perrone and Brian Uriarte. Because of the red flag, final classifications were backdated to the order at the end of the penultimate lap.
