Brian Uriarte won the 2026 Moto3 German Grand Prix at the Sachsenring, converting his maiden pole position into a dramatic victory. The Red Bull KTM Ajo rider edged out championship leader Máximo Quiles by just 0.063 seconds after a thrilling final-lap battle. Uriarte grabbed the holeshot from pole position but was eventually caught by Quiles, triggering a cagey, cat-and-mouse duel between the two Spaniards who separated themselves from the rest of the pack. Despite dealing with a loose chest protector in the closing stages, Uriarte made a decisive pass on the final lap after Quiles suffered a front-end moment at Turn 3.
